Danny Elfrat is the leader of the Funk Mischief. He is assertive, bold, curious, and loyal, and is known proudly as "Mr. Rat." Danny is an agouti silvermane fancy rat who is known far and wide for his handsome beard and being the namesake of Oingo Boingo superstar, Danny Elfman.

Cosmo The Cosmic Rat is a Russian Blue dumbo rat of the stars. He is a sweet, cuddly, and high-climbing boy who often lays around like a stuffed-animal, but who will also jump and climb anything in the vicinity because he aims for the cosmos.
